Strikr measures the speed of a soccer kick from slow-motion video, entirely on your phone.
Getting a good measurement
Film the whole flight. The ball needs to be in frame from the moment it is struck.Use a high frame rate. Tap the frame-rate badge on the recording screen. A faster rate freezes the ball more sharply and measures it more precisely.Keep the phone steady and level. The level indicator turns green when the horizon is straight, in any orientation.Confirm the ball. Strikr marks the ball it finds before you analyse; tap the right one if there is more than one on the pitch.
